Job Description

Position Summary The Online Learning Coordinator oversees students enrolled in virtual, online, or distance-learning coursework. This role serves as the primary bridge between online students, digital curriculum platforms, certified instructors, school administration, and parents/guardians. The primary goal is to ensure student academic engagement, monitor course progression, maintain a focused learning environment, and provide academic and technical support to maximize student completion and success rates. This is an "at will" position in that the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time for any reason consistent with applicable state or federal law. The employment "at will" policy cannot be changed verbally or in writing, unless the change is specifically authorized in writing and approved by the Board of Trustees of District 411. All recommendations are tentative offers. Employment is contingent upon board approval and successful completion of federal background check and drug-free workplace pre-employment screening.
