Multiple full-time contract positions are available for the full school year, offering the opportunity to provide essential support services to students, families, and faculty. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (required) Master's Degree in Social Work (preferred) Valid Illinois School Social Worker Professional Educator License (PEL) (required) Prior experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to promote positive school climates and support diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling to students facing academic, emotional, or social challenges Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to design and implement effective intervention plans Connect students and families with community services and resources as needed Support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans Provide crisis response and assist in the resolution of behavioral concerns Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment Imagine the daily satisfaction of helping students build resilience, develop coping strategies, and connect with the resources they need for success.
