Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect social-emotional support to students in middle and high school Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies Assess and address the social, behavioral, and emotional needs of students Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, focusing on student well-being and development Mentor and support a dedicated team of interns, guiding their professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality student services Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and other multidisciplinary teams as needed Promote a culture of acceptance and understanding throughout the school community Experience the fulfillment of supporting young people as they navigate life's challenges while sharing your expertise with emerging professionals in the field.
