Our team is looking to expand! Right now, we are seeking a full-time School Social Worker to work at our amazing partner school near Oak Park, IL. In this position, the Social Worker will be working with a caseload of high school students.

The position roles would include:

• Provides school social work services to students who are at-risk for school failure and/or are demonstrating social/emotional/behavioral problems within the school setting.
• Provides direct and indirect school social work services as a related service in support of special education.
• Acts as a liaison between the home, school, and community providers to access, mobilize and coordinate services.
• Provides crisis intervention services as needed.
• Performs other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as apparent or assigned.

Responsibilities Assess, advocate, and support each student Participate in the IEP process and support students in reaching a goal Collaborate effectively with families, students, and other facility members Support general education students when needed We are now scheduling interviews to take place

This position will start immediately and offer renewal option dependent upon performance. Requirements A Master's degree in social work.

LCSW REQUIRED.
