Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student situations Support students through short-term counseling and group facilitation Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create holistic support systems Advocate for students rights and access to resources both within and outside the school Maintain detailed case notes and ensure confidentiality Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP/504 planning Youll have the chance to make a real difference in students lives, while working in a collaborative and rewarding school environment.
