Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Social Worker (SW) to join our student support team. You will help students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that affect their learning. You will act as a bridge between the school, families, and community resources

Key Responsibilities Counseling:

Provide individual and small-group counseling sessions for students.

Crisis Support:

Help students and staff manage emotional crises and urgent situations.

Family Liaison:

Connect families with community food, health, and housing resources.

Team Collaboration:

Work with teachers, principals, and parents to create support plans for students.

Case Management:

Track student progress and maintain proper records.

Qualifications Education:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

Licensure:

Valid Texas license (LMSW or LCSW).

Experience:

Previous experience working with children, teens, or in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
