Duties include: Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and /or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner Requirements for the Addictions Social Worker / Therapist position:LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A

preferred. LCAC highly recommended Additional compensation for LCAC Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro-rated salary.
