Harlan Chiropractic is looking for an outgoing, caring, growth-minded Family Care Advocate & Community Coordinator to join our team. Yes, you'll help with patients, phones, scheduling, office flow, and whatever else the team needs. But we're looking for much more than someone who can complete a checklist. What you'll actually be doing Patient & Family Experience Help create an environment where people feel known when they walk through the door. You'll interact with adults, moms, babies, kids, and entire families and help keep the office experience warm, organized, and moving smoothly. Nervous-System Scanning You'll learn to perform our INSiGHT nervous-system scans and become especially skilled at helping children and nervous patients feel comfortable through the process. Social Media & Storytelling Help us tell the story of our office. That includes creating content, capturing authentic photos and videos, celebrating patient milestones, gathering testimonials with permission, and helping more families understand who we are. Community Connections Help us develop real relationships with local providers, birth professionals, therapists, schools, churches, family-focused businesses, and other organizations serving families in our community. Workshops, Events & Growth Help take good ideas and turn them into actual events, workshops, campaigns, and community opportunities. Supporting the Team We're a small office.
