Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide trauma‑informed, client‑centered behavioral health services in a supportive, mission‑driven environment. This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexible scheduling, strong supervision, and meaningful work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence‑based practices Complete intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Deliver trauma‑informed, culturally responsive interventions Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and community agencies Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and state standards Participate in monthly LCSW‑BACS supervision Support clients with referrals, advocacy, and resource navigation
Pay:
