Continuing Education Provided:

What You'll Do You'll play a vital role in helping patients and families navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of illness.

You'll:

Conduct psycho-social and mental health assessments Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families Facilitate referrals and resources to promote optimal functioning Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Master's degree in Counseling from an accredited institution

LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C. LGPC
