Key Qualifications:

Department of Education approval as a School Social Worker in Michigan (required) Previous experience delivering school-based social work services preferred Strong understanding of childhood development, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and relate effectively to children, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
