Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Social Work required. Valid SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work or MDE School Social Worker Credential. Experience supporting students in school settings, ideally across multiple grade levels. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with educators, administrators, students, and families. Compassionate, patient, and culturally responsive approach to working with diverse student populations. Must be available to work onsite for the contract duration. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support, counseling, and intervention to K-12 students to help address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement support plans and interventions. Conduct assessments and gather data to identify student strengths and challenges. Advocate for students well-being while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to ongoing professional development.
