Position Details:

2026-2027 school year: August 24th, 2026 to June 4th, 2027 Full-time, onsite (35 hours per week) Caseload flexibility, tailored during interviews to your strengths and preferences Supportive, communicative district known for valuing staff input and collaboration

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Michigan social worker license (applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain before start date) Experience in a school or youth-focused social work setting Strong skills in building rapport with students, staff, and families Adaptability, empathy, and excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling for students, promoting emotional and social well-being Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs Develop and implement individualized plans to support student success Maintain accurate and confidential records of interventions and progress Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEPs as needed
