Desired Qualifications:

Valid 310 Certification required Active School Social Work (SSW) License in Michigan Current MI Educator Certification (no pending credentials) Previous experience working with elementary-age children in a school-based setting is a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and case management to elementary students Develop and implement interventions to support student social, emotional, and behavioral growth Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and district policies Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team processes Serve as an advocate, connecting families with community resources as needed Enjoy a rewarding role while benefiting from a supportive team environment.
