• Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, offering both part-time and full-time roles in Lansing, MI. Responsibilities include providing psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapy for nursing home residents, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures quality care and continuity. Knowledge of Medicare and clinical documentation is essential.
