Qualifications:
Current and valid 310 School Social Worker Certification required Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting is highly desirable Strong communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that support student success Conduct assessments and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed Connect students and families to community resources and services Deliver crisis intervention and support services when required Maintain accurate and confidential student records
