Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (state requirements apply) Prior experience with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, parents, and administrators Ability to assess student needs and create effective intervention or support plans Capacity to manage a busy caseload while providing empathetic, culturally aware services

Responsibilities Include:
