Desired Qualifications:
Master's (required—no exceptions) and valid Michigan LARA license One of the following: licensed or limited licensed master's social worker/school social worker, psychologist, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or appropriate school counselor credentials as outlined by Michigan requirements Experience supporting general education students individually and in groups preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver social-emotional support for elementary students (individual/group) Provide additional supports across classrooms/buildings as needed Lead and participate in professional learning and support positive behavior programs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a healthy school environment
