Master's Degree from a graduate school social worker program approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). This includes a minimum 500-clock hour supervised social work practicum. Temporary approval, continuing temporary approval, or full approval by MDE, Office of Special Education.

Preferred:

Direct experience providing services to at-risk urban students and families. Experienced in community networking and collaborative work.

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Starting range $53,887-$78,454. Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage offered. Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees.
