Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Job Description

1 position for Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties Non-exempt, Employee-at-will. Wage commensurate with education and experience. Work 40 hours per week/43 weeks/year. Lay-off period(s) apply.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Family Services, Social Work or related field. This position requires travel between Gogebic and Ontonagon Counties. Other benefits per Agency Personnel Policies. Background check is required.
Duties:
Responsible for the integration of Family Engagement Strategies into all program systems to support family well-being and children's development and learning. Attendance is an essential function of the job.
