This role runs from September 1st through June 16th, 2027, following a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Youll support an elementary caseload, providing critical services and interventions that help students succeed socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key Qualifications:

Current and active 310 license required Experience in school-based or healthcare-related social work preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct social-emotional support to elementary students Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to address student concerns Conduct assessments, create and monitor individualized plans, and document progress Lead small group and one-on-one initiatives focused on social development and coping strategies Serve as an advocate for students well-being within the school community
