Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Valid 310 approval or preliminary credential to practice as a School Social Worker (SSW) Experience with middle-school-aged children preferred Comfortable working with students who may sometimes present aggressive behaviors Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver social work services to a caseload of primarily traditional middle school students Collaborate with school staff and other social workers to address behavioral, emotional, and social challenges Develop and implement intervention plans Document student progress and maintain records in compliance with school standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate What You'll Enjoy on
