Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within school settings. This role is located in Albert Lea, MN, and focuses on providing support to students through virtual counseling sessions and other telehealth modalities.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering social work services via telehealth platforms to students in educational environments Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with privacy regulations Participating in meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary care coordination Qualifications and desired experience: Licensed Social Worker credential with experience in school-based settings Proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual client engagement Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and related social challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote service delivery model The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student mental health through innovative telehealth approaches.
