POSITION TITLE
Children's Case Manager/CTSS Practitioner (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY
The Children's Case Manager/CTSS Practitioner provides mental health case management and therapeutic support services to children and their families in the community setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver's license and proof of insurance coverage required.
SALARY RANGE
$43,282 - $62,846
