r43814-55068 Job Description School Social Worker | Rosemount, MN ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join a supportive school district in Rosemount, Minnesota for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will support the Transitional Education Service Alternative (TESA) Program, working with students who benefit from specialized educational and behavioral supports. This is a continuing contract opportunity with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule following the assigned school calendar.
