Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid MN license (or eligibility for Minnesota licensure) School Social Worker experience preferred Background or strong interest in special education and adolescent services Understanding of IEP processes and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students enrolled in the TESA program Collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to develop plans that support student success Participate in IEP meetings, create and monitor student goals, and deliver ongoing support services Maintain documentation and case records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
