For 100 years, American Children's Home has been a safe and loving place for children to call home. Our vision is that everyone we serve builds the foundation for a successful future and as a member of our community, you can make a lifelong difference that impacts generations. A Case Manager establishes supportive, professional relationships with program staff, campus residents, stakeholders, and families; ensuring quality of care, program implementation, regulatory compliance, and case management. This person advises residents in assessing individual needs, setting goals/monitoring progress, and advocating for residents' access to community resources and opportunities in support of the agency's vision. Case Managers make a difference every day by promoting a safe and nurturing environment for campus youth, so they become comfortable with daily routines, feel accepted and valued, and begin to build trusting relationships. In six cottage homes, youth ages 5 to 20 are grouped accordingly to foster a supportive and age-appropriate environment. Guided by CARE , an evidence-based, trauma-informed model, we create conditions for change where children can heal with help from understanding adults.
