A minimum of two years in the Mental Health field working with adults required

Bachelor Degree Required Duties:

• Develop goal plans
• Plan weekly and monthly activities for the program
• Supervise PSR staff
• Working with community agencies for referrals a resources
• Provide mentorship and guidance to individuals in need
• Offer emotional support and encouragement
• Help mentees develop life skills and make positive choices
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible support for mentees

Qualifications:

• Experience working with adults with mental health diagnosis.
• Strong mentoring skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to manage conflicts and provide constructive feedback
