Full Time Unseen Pass is seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team in West Jefferson, NC. This role plays a vital part in helping both local families and visiting guests experience the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains through unforgettable street-legal UTV rental adventures—while keeping safety and professionalism at the forefront. We're hiring one full-time team member who is passionate about the outdoors, committed to providing exceptional service, and focused on ensuring every guest—whether they're visiting from out of town or exploring their own backyard—feels confident, informed, and safe from start to finish. What You'll Do:

Welcome Families with Warmth Be the first smile they see—greet each guest with kindness, energy, and hospitality. Set the Tone for the Adventure Walk customers through the reservation process and give a fun, safety-focused UTV orientation they'll remember by providing clear instructions and walking them through how to operate our UTVs. Be Their Local Guide Share insider knowledge about the best scenic drives, hidden gems, and family-friendly spots in and around West Jefferson. Keep the Experience Safe and Smooth Help maintain our UTV fleet—clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles so each family gets a safe and polished ride. Make Every Detail Count Ensure waivers are complete, checklists are thorough, and guests feel confident and cared for before they drive off.

What We're Looking For:

At least 18 year old with a valid driver's license Friendly, professional, and great with people Comfortable with basic technology (booking system, email, forms) Reliable transportation to and from work Local knowledge of the High Country or a willingness to learn Available weekends and holidays (Our busiest times) Why This Role Matters You'll be the face of the Unseen Pass experience—helping visitors feel welcome, informed, and excited as they head out to explore the Blue Ridge.
