CIS Success Coach Location:
Town Creek Middle School Communities In Schools of Brunswick County is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a Success Coach at Town Creek Middle Schoo l . The full-time role focuses on case management and providing targeted support to at-risk students through evidence-based strategies and strong community collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual School Support Plans and Individual Student Support Plans . Provide case management services for identified at-risk students. Build and maintain strong community partnerships to connect students and families with needed services. Serve as a liaison between schools and families , fostering positive relationships and engagement. Collect, evaluate, and use data to monitor progress and adjust supports accordingly. Recruit and manage volunteers and in-kind donations to support programming. Collaborate with school staff and community partners to enhance student success.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, education, counseling, or a related field. Three years of experience working in public schools or with student populations. Knowledge of local community resources and support systems. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills . Computer Proficient.Position Details:
