Job Description

Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Columbus, NE. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (8 hours a month). While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested. Primary Responsibilities Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic) Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions Provides Management Consultations Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction Required/Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Post-Graduate Clinical Experience Current Independent State License to Practice Current Malpractice Insurance Fundamental Understanding of MS Office Experience in Work-Related Issues EAP Experience Preferred Experience in trauma CEAP a Plus CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.
