USA Sport Group is hiring enthusiastic Early Childhood Activities Coordinators to lead engaging and interactive "Parent & Me" classes for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years alongside their parents or guardians. Coordinators help create a fun and nurturing introduction to movement and sports while supporting early motor skill development, coordination, confidence, and parent-child bonding.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, age-appropriate "Parent & Me" activities Create an imaginative, nurturing, and supportive learning environment Help develop early motor skills, coordination, and confidence through interactive activities Encourage participation and positive parent-child interaction Follow our provided curriculum and coaching standards Create a safe, positive experience for every participant All training, curriculum, and equipment are provided!

What We're Looking For:

Early childhood education, teaching, or childcare experience highly preferred Fun, energetic, and engaging personality Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents/guardians, and co-workers Enthusiasm for working with toddlers and introducing them to movement and sports Desire to learn and grow as an educator Comfortable leading activities for young children in a group setting The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Age 17 or older Valid driver's license Access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment Willingness and ability to travel to nearby program locations as needed
