Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate, self-directed, and organized individuals to support students social-emotional wellbeing.
Position Summary:
As a school-based social worker, you will provide a range of services to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and community resources to create an environment conducive to academic success and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Counseling and support Assessment and evaluation Crisis intervention Parent and family engagement Prevention and education to promote positive mental health and social-emotional skills Resource referrals Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions and interventions with students and families.
Qualifications:
