Ability to manage conflict resolution calmly and professionally in challenging situations. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities more effectively, Spanish preferably. Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols. Valid certification in CPR and first aid; willingness to obtain or maintain relevant certifications as required by law or agency standards.
