Our programming empowers and assists families in creating and implementing frameworks that lead to improved parent-child relationshps, positive parenting practices, optimal child development, family safety, and increased knowledge of and access to community programs and services. Our Mission is to help at-risk children grow and develop to their full potential in nurturing families within a supportive community. Position Summary Under direct supervision of the Program Manager, Supports prenatal/parental involvement in child's development by using a therapeutic home based curriculum, Healthy Family America. Services are conducted in the community including client homes and facility settings. By providing an environmental assessment and intervention to improve individual and family interactions. Increase parental knowledge and reduce the risk of child abuse/neglect. Works collaboratively with clients including family members and caretakers, the PB&J treatment team, and other community providers. Provides case management in accordance with family needs and contributes to overall program goals. By maintaining extensive documentation and record keeping through progress notes. FIS will demonstrate extensive organizational skills by managing their own schedule and tracking billing hours.
