We are looking for an individual who holds both an LSAA credential and a CPSW certification and can provide one-on-one support to clients while assisting with case management as needed. The

LSAA/CPSW

will provide individualized support to clients participating in our IOP program. This position will focus on building positive relationships, supporting recovery goals, assisting with treatment-related needs within the scope of the employee's credentials, and helping clients navigate resources and services. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and comfortable balancing one-on-one client support with case management responsibilities. Duties Provide one-on-one support and counseling services within the scope of the LSAA credential and applicable regulations. Support clients in developing and maintaining recovery goals. Build positive, professional relationships with clients. Assist with case management duties as needed, including connecting clients with community resources and support services. Help coordinate client appointments, referrals, and follow-up services. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation. Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative team. Maintain client confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings and other program activities as assigned. Perform additional duties related to client support and program operations as needed.

Experience Required:

Current Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA) credential in New Mexico, or equivalent qualification recognized by applicable regulations. Current Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification. Experience working with individuals affected by substance use or behavioral health challenges. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ethical, respectful, and recovery-oriented care.

Preferred:

Experience in an IOP, outpatient behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting. Previous experience in case management or peer support.
