What We're Looking For:

Current LMSW licensure; interest in supervision for LCSW advancement welcomed Experience working in schools as a Social Worker Strong skills in individual and group counseling with youth Ability to deliver targeted lessons and interventions based on student data Effective communicator and team collaborator Adaptability to meet diverse student needs within groups or individually

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive support to grade-level or small groups of students, tailoring support based on observed or reported needs Deliver direct instruction to groups or individuals as determined by data and staff collaboration Implement both individual and group counseling sessions Offer crisis intervention and responsive emotional support as needed Collaborate closely with staff to identify students requiring additional attention Maintain records and document interventions in alignment with school protocols

Work Schedule & Assignment Details:
