Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Holds or is eligible for state licensure/certification as a School Social Worker Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of IEP processes, crisis intervention, and mental health support Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide individual/group counseling to students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop strategies supporting student success Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, recommending interventions as appropriate Offer crisis response and assist with conflict resolution Engage in intervention planning and connect families with community resources Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all services provided Experience the rewards of making a tangible difference while enjoying the variety and flexibility of contract work.
