Full Time, Monday - Friday with Weekend Rotation Part Time, Monday - Friday (10 a.m. -6:30 p.m.) with

Weekend & Holiday Rotation Pay Range:

$31.04 - $38.77 per hour The social worker, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, provides social work clinical services, discharge planning, and psychosocial assessment to individuals and families of all ages who come to the Emergency Department for care.

Job Requirements:

LMSW required. Must obtain New York State licensure within 18 months of hire. Social work experience in a medical setting working with health-oriented community programs or satisfactory background in family casework. Experience in a hospital setting a plus though not required. Additional experience in group work or teaching will be helpful in in-service training aspects of the position.
