Desired Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent) Experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents preferred Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, counseling techniques, and community resources Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external organizations Compassion, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in dynamic educational settings

Key Responsibilities:
