Job Description
Job description: Support Head Start and Early Head Start disabilities services content area for all staff, children and families through coordination with Consultants that includes mentoring, individualized curriculum plans, monitoring, data analysis, training, and expansion of resources that supports service delivery as well as agency school readiness and family engagement frameworks. Work in collaboration with consultants, county agencies and community partners to achieve outcomes that provide quality, integrated service delivery to families and their children throughout Tompkins County.
Minimum Required Experience:
Associate's degree in special education OR associate's degree in early childhood education or related field with the completion of DLI Training online coursework within 3 months of hire. Five (5) years direct education experience working with children birth to age 5 Work experience collaborating with service delivery teams and families.
