Applicable NYS Certification required

LOCATION

District Wide DUTIES

Provide comprehensive school social work services with the use of social emotional learning resources

Proactively engage and collaborate with scholars, educators, parents, and guardians

Conduct home visits and support scholars and families in accessing appropriate community resources

Travel will be required within the district and community-based organizations Review scholar records and attend and

CSE/CPSE

meetings when necessary

SALARY

Pursuant to the Middletown Teachers Association (MTA) Contract

FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE
