Founded in 1972 as an advocacy organization for foster children to find their forever family, we are now dedicated to placing foster youth in safe, loving homes - from infancy to age 21. Through compassionate and therapeutic foster care, adoption, and family support services across New York state, we help youth and families build lasting bonds. Role Description Families Thrive is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Home & Family Finders are responsible for recruiting foster families through community outreach and informational sessions, facilitating foster parent training classes, and supporting, monitoring, and visiting foster and adoptive families throughout the placement process and their journey. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, able to pass all required background clearances, have reliable transportation, and possess a valid NYS driver's license.
