Job Description

Make an impact in education as a contract Social Worker in a vibrant, in-person school setting near Spencerport, NY. Two full-time professionals are needed for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing essential support until permanent hires are made. The assignment is scheduled to begin September 8, 2026, and will continue on a tentative basis until the roles are filled internally. You will work on-site, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and students to foster a positive school environment. Specific caseload details and daily work hours will be confirmed by the end of August, ensuring a smooth transition and clear expectations.
Qualifications & Licensing:
Valid NYS School Social Worker (SSW) certification LMSW or LCSW license required Experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and thrive within a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
