The Home Visitor will work directly with families in their homes and community settings to provide support, education, resources, and guidance that promote healthy child development and strong families.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled home visits with families. Provide parenting education and family support. Promote healthy child development and school readiness. Connect families with community resources and services. Maintain accurate documentation and case records. Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families.
