Job Summary Seeking a licensed LISW or LPCC to provide mental health and substance abuse services to an assigned inmate caseload as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Key Duties Conduct mental health screenings, evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and crisis/suicide watch assessments. Provide individual and group clinical interventions according to treatment plans. Provide clinical case management and monitor treatment-plan compliance. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and treatment team meetings. Complete progress notes, transfer/discharge summaries, treatment plans, and required reports. Coordinate with institutional staff, families, community agencies, and support services. Make appropriate community and re-entry referrals. Provide clinical direction to lower-level staff when assigned. Attend required training, meetings, and peer reviews. Maintain professional conduct and comply with institutional policies.
