Position Summary Group Leaders contribute to the smooth implementation of programming by working alongside the Lead Program Staff to deliver effective trauma-informed support to Club members. This includes de-escalating concerning behavior, promoting positive peer relationships, and modeling prosocial behaviors. Position Responsibilities

• Build authentic, consistent relationships with youth grounded in trust, respect, and high expectations.
• Recognize and respond to behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs; escalate concerns to the Director of Trauma-Informed Care/Program Director/Director of Operations as appropriate.
• Model positive behavior, conflict resolution, and inclusive communication in all interactions.
• Follow the daily program schedule for assigned group and support smooth implementation of programming through the effective delivery of prevention and intervention strategies.
• Collect accurate data on the types of behaviors being addressed and the need for any additional assistance; submit required documentation on schedule Prerequisites
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree from accredited University in social work, education, or psychology preferred.
• Must pass all phases of an annual criminal background check.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with current insurance.
