RT Clinics LLC | Sandusky, OH RT Clinics is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team on a part-time basis (8-20 hours per week) . Position Overview This role is ideal for an LSW who enjoys working collaboratively with psychiatric providers in a supportive outpatient setting. You will provide individual psychotherapy, coordinate care, and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health.

Schedule Part-time:

8-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling Opportunity to increase hours as patient volume grows Compensation We offer a compensation model designed to provide stability while allowing earnings to grow with your caseload. Guaranteed pay equivalent to 8 hours per week during the initial onboarding period. Additional compensation is based on completed patient visits (filled and attended appointments). As your schedule fills and show rates become established, the guaranteed weekly hours can be increased over the coming months. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Participate in treatment planning and care coordination. Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice. Qualifications Active Ohio LSW license (required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable using electronic medical records Why Join RT Clinics?
