Soliant is seeking a Full-Time School Social Worker to support students throughout the Oswego, OR area. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and support teams to address social-emotional needs and help students succeed.
Position Overview:
Full-Time School-Based Position Location:
Oswego, OR Area Schedule follows the school calendar and standard school hours School assignment and caseload details will be reviewed during the interview process Oregon Social Work credentials/licensure required or preferred based on district requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and social-emotional support services to students Evaluate student needs and assist in creating individualized support plans Provide case management and connect students and families with available resources Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Assist with crisis response and support positive behavioral and academic outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, student intervention planning, and team consultations Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with professional standards
Qualifications:
Degree in Social Work or a related discipline Appropriate Oregon licensure or credentials preferred Previous experience working with students or within a school environment preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for supporting student development and overall well-being Why Work With Soliant?
