North Clackamas School District is seeking After School CARE Professionals to join our CARE team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.
Position Summary:
After School CARE Professionals work in the (C.A.R.E.) Community After-School Relationship Enrichment Program . A CARE Program Professional provides supervised activities for students during non-school hours, performing duties to support student social development and to assure the care and safety of children enrolled in the after school program. Multiple part-time, permanent positions available at 4 hour shifts per day. 1:45pm-5:45pm or 2pm-6pm. Monday-Friday. Eligible for
NCSD Comprehensive Benefits Including:
Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life. Up to $1000 of Professional Development Funds each year. Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) enrollment. Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Qualifications:
Must have at least one (1) year's successful experience leading children in a group setting such as classroom, daycare, or recreation. Must be 18 years old and have graduated from high school. Bilingual fluency preferred. Ability to work effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with parents, public, and other staff.
